Sweet Apple Chips
Ingredients
- 3 apples
- Cinnamon
- Stevia (optional)
Directions
- Preheat oven 200 degrees and line two Cookie Sheets with parchment paper.
- Thinly slice the apples in a uniform shape about 1/8 inch thick.
- Sprinkle apples with cinnamon and stevia and place onto baking sheet in a single layer.
- Bake for 1 hour, flip apples, and bake for 1 more hour. Turn the oven off and keep the apples inside for 1 hour as the oven cools.
