1 frozen banana
1 cup mango chunks
1/2 cup cherries, pitted
1/2 cup apple juice

1 banana, peeled
1 apple, cored
2 cups spinach
2 tsp ground flaxseed
1/2 cup water
1 cup crushed ice

Almond Joy Smoothie
8 oz coconut water
4 oz almond milk
2 TBSP flaked coconut
1/2 TBSP cocoa nibs
10 ice cubes
1 tsp coconut extract
1 scoop chocolate protein powder
